Updates
The 40-Year Reunion, which was held on July 24, 2009, at the Community House in Birmingham was a grand success. Thanks to all those who came. There were 125 total attendees. The next day many alumni took part in the two-hour tour of Groves given by the current principal, lunch at Tavern on 13, and an exciting late-inning victory by the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park.
For those of you who were not able to attend, you may want a copy of the booklet that was passed out at the reunion. This includes contact information and bios of many classmates. If you would like to purchase a hard copy of the booklet, please send a check for $8.00 (to cover printing and mailing costs) made out to Sue Dickson Carlson, 30356 Glenmuer St., Farmington Hills, MI 48334. If you would prefer that a (free) Microsoft Word document (about 50 pages) be sent to you as an attachment to an email, send a request to Sue at grovesclassof69@aol.com or srdcarlson@aol.com.
